Today I start on the illustrations for a new sport education book. I am so pleased to get this chance again and guess I will be very busy drawing the 100 black and white line drawings required for this project.

Today I start on the illustrations for a new sport education book. I am so pleased to get this chance again and guess I will be very busy drawing the 100 black and white line drawings required for this project.

Today the sun is shining in on my desk and it is a perfect day for drawing, but it’s that time of year again and I’m reluctantly going to take myself off to write reports. Just as well I had this illustration on hand, it is dedicated to Jessie, who loves shopping.

It has taken some time to convert the sketch to a final piece, there are just not enough hours in the day. The blank space in the corner is for some text. While visiting my favorite art shop, I have found some suitable water colour paper to use with my printer; it has made quite a nice card.

It’s fun to design some personalised cards for special occassions.

I’ll print these out and see if I can make them into cards.

I think this drawing will be worth turning into a finished piece.

Some dinosaurs to make you smile.

I am slowly getting used to this new format, everything is slightly different. Hopefully I’m ironing out the glitches.
I’m disappointed that I missed out on buying one of these.
I really liked this post at Fox in Sox. It has inspired me to spend more time drawing. As a result, I have posted some sketches, they’re of important things to remember. You know: switch the iron off, pack the lunches, second-half yard duty, of course pick the children up from school……

……and a party to organise.
